The room was clean with fridge and microwave.
On the Booked.net web site they included swimming pool and breakfast in the rate of the room. The rate would have been fare if the breakfast had been offered, but there was nothing the following morning: neither coffe not milk not juice! Very poor if compared to the price that we paid. The reception staff was rather unfriendly.

Location
Many of the stated amenities were non existent: There is no working laundry facility - seems to be out of order for many months. Also, the "continental breakfast" refers to hot coffee off a coffee machine at the office. If you insist on breakfast, they will offer to get you honeybuns from a nearby store ! Very rigid and money minded owners.

The location is easy access to all Fort Worth. The grounds are well kept and clean. The room was as expected for a low cost stay, we were there only to sleep and then out daily 8 a.m. to after 10 p.m. But we had to ask for coffee to be made, and the owner/managers were less than friendly. It was as thought they really did not want to have to communicate with their guests.
Minimal everything, but again this is a low low cost motel, we couldn't expect more.
